Ché Walker is an English actor, playwright and director. Ché has had his plays produced/directed plays at theatres such as the Royal Court, National Theatre, Old Vic, The Globe, Soho, Southwark Playhouse, to name but a few.
His play Been So Long originally on at the Royal Court with Sophie Okonedo – was recently adapted as a musical for the Young Vic – which Ché directed – being nominated for Best Musical in the Evening Standard Awards 2009. Ché also won both the George Devine award for Most Promising Playwright, and the Peter Brook Award.
